How can I submit a Medicaid Application?
- Any Ohio resident may submit a Medicaid application which will be managed by the office of Job and Family Services in your county of residence.
- Preferred method! All residents of Ohio can apply on-line on computer or mobile devices through the Ohio Benefits self-service portal at Benefits.Ohio.gov.
- Through the Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680 (or 1-800-292-3572 for the hearing impaired)
- In person at your County Job & Family Services office. For Greene County Residents:

What if I learn I do not qualify for Medicaid?
If you do not qualify for Medicaid, you may qualify for help paying for insurance on the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace.
