CMH Program Changes Names

**PUBLIC NOTICE**

The Children with Medical Handicaps program is officially changing its name and will now be known as the Complex Medical Help program.  The program will keep the same initials, CMH, so you will begin seeing the new name used in documents and correspondence.  There are no changes to the program aside from the name, it's the same abbreviation, same services and the same program eligibility criteria! 

This notice is informational only, you do not need to do anything related to the name change!
