FREE Healthcare Navigator program

Kettering Health (formerly Kettering Health Network) recently launched a FREE Healthcare Navigator program for the greater Dayton community to help individuals, families and employees navigate the complicated healthcare maze that many people experience. Based upon each person's particular circumstances, Kettering Health does the research for each referral and provides CONFIDENTIAL, caring and customized services to help patients find trusted, reliable resources that include: 

• Primary Care Providers (PCP) that are taking new patients – including Medicaid 
• Mental Health Support (counselors, Recovery programs, etc.) 
• Dental Services 
• Transportation services
• Medication Expenses 
• Elder Care services (PCP, Medicare, Assisted Living, etc.)
